Return
- If an order is processed and delivered, the products won't be taken back or replaced unless there is a reasonable quality issue.
- Returns will be accepted on the basis of product quality issues and for no other reason. In case of quality issues, product value will be credited back to the www.pachaa.in user account as Store Credit or to user bank/card account used during the time of payment.
- Any product or order issue has to be informed within 2 days of receiving the order.
Cancel
Please note that cancellations have to be made within 12 hours after placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with us using the phone numbers provided on the contact us page and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. www.pachaa.in has the complete right to decide whether an order has to be processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.pachaa.in and accept www.pachaa.in's decision regarding the cancellation.
Damage Door Delivery option - www.Pachaa.in is
responsible for providing the damage refund only if order is received
by customer signing as DAMAGED in courier receipt copy.
Pay While Pickup option - The Transporter(Mettur Super Service / VRL / Navata) is responsible for providing the damage refund.
Important - In both the above options, customer would get the refund only if the courier receipt is mentioned as DAMAGED and the photo proof of courier receipt is available with customer.
Out of Stock
In
case the product is out of stock, the product value will be credited
back to the www.pachaa.in user account as store credit or to the user
bank/card account used during the time of payment.
